It’s Official, The 2011 Go Holly Golf Tournament is a GO!

THE CAUSE: Holly Lundeen of course!! Last year’s tournament was a huge success as we raised about 15K for Holly and the Lundeen family. Funds raised this year will help pay for an “eye gaze” system that tracks Holly’s pupils and converts, where she is looking on the screen into words and phrases. We anticipate needing $10-12K to cover the costs not picked up by insurance/Medicaid.

We also looked into forming a non-profit organization to get federal tax exempt status but that didn’t pan out due to various restrictions. Our goal for 2012 is to have this in place so that businesses are able to take advantage of the many tax benefits.
